Scorehammer keeps score for Warhammer 40,000 games (11th edition missions). It is free and needs no account. Your games are saved in this browser only.
Before the battle
- Setup: enter both players, pick each side’s Force Disposition, choose Tactical or Fixed Secondaries, tick Battle Ready (+10 VP) and choose who plays first. The two Force Dispositions set both Primary Missions. The disposition can also be changed on a player’s card.
- Swap if left and right on screen don’t match the table.
Each turn
- Primary: tap a tier’s VP button when you score it; tap it again to take it back. A tier that can’t score in this turn says why in short (“from R2”, “your turn”). Tap the mission name (or a Secondary card name) for its rules.
- Tactical Secondaries: at the start of your Command phase draw two cards, with Random or by picking the card you drew and pressing Draw. Cards you don’t score stay active, so you can hold more than two. You can draw two per turn; once per battle you may discard one and draw one more (1 CP). Score a card with its VP buttons (it is then discarded), or Discard one you give up. A card drawn by mistake in this turn has Put back.
- Fixed Secondaries: pick your two cards once; they stay for the whole battle.
Moving between turns
- Next, Back and the row of boxes at the top only move you to a turn; the arrow in each box points to the player whose turn it is. Moving is not an action: it logs nothing and there is nothing to undo.
- Each turn shows the hand as it was then. A card says where it came from and where it went, for example “drawn R1T1 · scored R2T1”. A card that scored or was discarded in a later turn is still shown in earlier turns, but locked: step to that turn to undo it there.
- Scoring and drawing always apply to the turn you are on, with that turn’s limits, so you can go back to score something you forgot.
Fixing mistakes
- Undo reverses the last action.
- In Sequence of events, Edit changes a score event’s VP or note, and Undo / Revert goes back to just before that event.
Limits the app keeps
Primary and Secondary: at most 15 VP each per battle round and 45 VP each per game (end-of-battle Primary is not limited per round). A Fixed card scores at most 20 VP. Battle Ready adds 10 VP. 100 VP in total.
On a phone
Swipe sideways, on a player’s card or on the cards below it, to switch players. Back, Undo and Next sit at the bottom (and Talk, once an AI key is set). The top bar has two rows of buttons.
AI and voice (optional)
Under AI, add your own free Gemini key. Then hold Space (computer) or Hold to talk (phone) and speak, or type in the AI console, for example “Drew Cleanse and Beacon”, “Scored 8 primary” or “Right player discards Outflank”. Refer to an event by its number to correct the AI (“Delete event 4”). Your key stays on this device and is only sent to Google.
Games
Games lists your saved matches to load or delete. New saves the current match and starts another. Finish marks a match as completed (press again to reopen). Reset sets the current match back to Round 1 with 0 VP.
